Once you’ve decided to take the leap and sell property you own, the next steps couldn’t be simpler.
Contact us and we’ll arrange to visit at a time that is most convenient for you. We’ll provide a free valuation of your property and discuss your requirements.
Prior to your home being marketed, a Home Report must be available for prospective buyers. Using our recommended Surveyors, we can help you to arrange for prompt completion of this. You will also require the services of a Solicitor and we will be happy to put you in touch with local reputable Solicitors.
Whilst your home is being marketed, we are happy to arrange accompanied or unaccompanied viewings. We are available 6 days per week from 9am until 6pm and will deal with enquiries from any prospective purchasers and provide on-going advice to you, until your property is sold.
We will advise you of all offers received for your property, assist with any further negotiations required and then pass these onto your Solicitor when appropriate.
Finally, we will always seek to ensure that your home is sold successfully, but at the lowest cost to you and with minimal inconvenience.
We work in conjunction with Independent Financial Advisors, Solicitors and Surveyors in order that you receive the full range of services needed for completion of your purchase and sale.

Independent Financial Advice
Particularly in the current economic climate, it is essential that you obtain accurate, independent financial advice before purchasing your new home.
A mortgage deal should be sourced from investigation of the whole market and meet your particular needs.
We are able to recommend Independent Financial Advisors who can assist you with this.
Home Report
It is now a legal requirement that every home which is marketed for sale in Scotland has a Home Report ( incorporating an EPC) available for consideration by prospective purchasers.
Once we have provided you with a valuation, we are also happy to recommend Surveyors who can provide further advice and services in relation to this.
